TSC TDP 225 Built with TSC durability, reliability and commitment to innovation, the TDP-225 series direct thermal 2-inch format has a compact design and high-performance engine that makes it ideal for many health, retail and label asset labeling applications.
The TSC TDP 225 prints at 5 IPS and is a cheap and affordable 2-inch desktop printer, the first printer to offer an optional LCD screen to facilitate tracking of print job status. Other outstanding features include inexpensive internal Ethernet adapters for easy integration into the network and optional keyboards for printing labels in stand-alone or down-time situations. TDP-324 is also available, featuring high resolution 300 dpi print resolution and 4 ips of print speed.
TSC TDP 225 is designed with no losable parts, the compact TSC TDP 225 series fits into the boardroom and supports a variety of applications. It also has a user-friendly clamshell design that allows users to simply open the cover and drop the label onto the 5-inch OD spring bay media. Top-of-shape sensing by gaps, black marks or standard position, and black sign sensors are completely adjusted from side to side.
With improved electronics, the TSC TDP 225 series offers a 200 MHz processor, standard 4MB Flash memory, 8MB SDRAM and a microSD expansion slot that increases flash storage up to 4GB. The printer supports industry standard emulation, including Eltron® and Zebra® languages.
